The paper proposal adopts the Schwartz et al. (2001) model, on basic human values impact on individuals’ behavior, in order to explain the startup entrepreneurs’ motivation. The context of the study is a leading business accelerator located in London. The aforementioned model belongs to psychology literature and it is adopted in order to explore human values that affect on new entrepreneurial ventures in a business accelerator setting.
