In a polytraumatic era of pandemic, war and climate crisis, the literature reports a marked deterioration of psychological well-being in young people. This paper recounts the experience of the applied psychoanalysis workshop aimed at undergraduate students. With an interdisciplinary approach, it aims to provide tools for analysis and understanding of the contemporary, using historical trauma as a magnifying glass on the present, from the Shoah to pandemic trauma. Collective viewing of films and their discussion is the tool to activate an analysis of the processes of massification, dehumanization, but also rehumanization. Analyzing the dynamics and recovering spaces of resistance supports the reappropriation of the active part each person can play in a process, rekindling the hope of being able to affect it. Increased awareness and intelligibility about reality, along with confidence in one's own agentiveness are valuable resources in dealing with complex and even potentially traumatic situations.

Abstract
Increased awareness and intelligibility about reality, along with confidence in one's own agentiveness are valuable resources in dealing with complex and even potentially traumatic situations.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
