This work is part of the field of studies on the management of therapies and well-being that exploit culture and art. Studies are rich on the topic of cultural well-being and are also becoming stronger on the managerial perspective of the phenomenon. But little attention has been paid to the marketing and communication that organizations adopt to spread certain practices. The essence of communication lies not only in the transmission of facts but also in the conveyance of emotions, values, and identity. Cultural well-being, inherently tied to one's identity and place within a community, is deeply affected by how it is communicated. The authors, through the qualitativedescriptive methodology of the case study, explore some organizational realities included and supported by the "Cultural Well-Being Lab" program of the Compagnia Fondazione S.Paolo.

Abstract
This work is part of the field of studies on the management of therapies and well-being that exploit culture and art. Studies are rich on the topic of cultural well-being and are also becoming stronger on the managerial perspective of the phenomenon. But little attention has been paid to the marketing and communication that organizations adopt to spread certain practices. The essence of communication lies not only in the transmission of facts but also in the conveyance of emotions, values, and identity. Cultural well-being, inherently tied to one's identity and place within a community, is deeply affected by how it is communicated. The authors, through the qualitativedescriptive methodology of the case study, explore some organizational realities included and supported by the "Cultural Well-Being Lab" program of the Compagnia Fondazione S.Paolo.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
