This study aimed to examine the role of situational and dispositional antecedents in predicting statistical anxiety (SA). A sample of 253 Italian psychology students were involved. The PLS-PM showed that amotivation, procrastination and test anxiety positively affected SA. Instead, math background, self efficacy and positive affect statistical attitude negatively affected SA.
