The fashion of e-cigarettes is an occurrence, apparently unstoppable, which begins to worry other countries that are questioning about the characterization by type: drug or luxury good? Perhaps, the basic error lies in not having defined frm at the beginning the placement of this good and this has led to confusion and imaginative interpretations, of course, to the detriment of the consumer. Can the electronic cigarette be considered a good remedy to stop smoking, or does it represent the beginning of a process of dependenc for non-smokers, especially for products that contains nicotine? This is only a new system that simulate the sensory experience of the classic cigarettes or it can also cause damage to human health?
