This paper analyses the issue related to discriminant analytical techniques used by control laboratories to protect the genuineness of dairy products of the Region Campania, in fact new Asian products are going to enter the European Single Market; they consist of a mix of soy milk and buffalo milk and represent an economic loss as these products are competitive with soft cheese.
