In this article, we analyze the evolution of distribution in tourism sector, with particular reference to processes of networking and inter-firm collaboration. There is theoretical part, with the main research hypotheses, and a second part, in which the results of a survey conducted in Italy explain differences in performance according to different networks governance choices.
