Calorimetric techniques allow us to evaluate the kinetics and heat developed during a reaction. In this chapter, adiabatic and scanning calorimeters are presented. An application of adiabatic calorimetry to evaluate Self Accelerating Decomposition Temperature (SADT) is also presented.
