Abstract

The interference, which inevitably occurs between migratory phenomena and legal systems in any context, historically, as well as conceptually, takes on the characteristics of a biunivocal relationship, endowed with reciprocity of effects. Various components of legal discourse - theoretical, practical, normative - cross time and space and transform, sometimes assuming national physiognomies in close connection with their linguistic dimension. At other times, legal transfers lead to processes of internationalisation and standardisation of legal knowledge. The essay focuses on the mutual influence between legal systems and migrating masses, as well as the varied and far-reaching consequences stemming from these interactions.
