In the present article we construct new families of freeandnearlyfree curvesstartingfromaplanecubiccurve C and addingsomeofitshyperosculating conics. WepresentresultsthatinvolvenodalcubiccurvesandtheFermatcubic.In addition, weprovidenewinsightintothegeometryofthe27hyperosculatingconics of theFermatcubiccurveusingwell-chosengroupactions.
