Daily Efficiency and Smart Choices (Auby, De Minico, Orsoni, eds.), born from a joint effort of the Venice Network of Public Law. The speech examines the role of policymakers in technological innovation: to outline and guide the transition from offline to virtual dimension. In doing so, public decision-makers do not write on a blank slate but move within a space bordered by the values and principles that make up the constitutional identity of a people.
