Increasingly in recent times, legal scholars (above all in common-law countries) started to explore the role played in legal studies by the concepts of ‘resilience’, ‘panarchy’ and ‘adaptive management’. The chapter analyses the main legal issues emerging in these studies, showing how these approaches are within the main topic of law and complexity.
