All MS (with the exception of DK and SE) have offences relating to participation in a criminal organisation, which transpose either Article 2a or 2b (or both) of the Framework Decision in their criminal system. This does not exclude that MS having such offences might have further criminal law tools to fight the organised crime phenomenon. This is the focus of this chapter.
