A new contractual scheme is proposed within the context of personal pension products. The basic idea is the conversion of the real estate rights (RERs) into a pension annuity in the perspective of an individual pension strategy. The contractual structure is particularly interesting in an economic context of financial crisis and progressive ageing of a population often characterized by scarcity of financial means and at the same time by the possession of the house in which one lives.
