We present the results of the research work developed in the project Metropolis to obtain the better evaluation of characteristics of the buildings, open spaces and social systems need to elaborate for each system map of vulnerability to heat waves and pluvial flood phenomena.. For each characteristics has been tested the optimal spatial analysis method to elaborate it starting by a spatial knowledge base on the area of study.
