La ricchezza nel demanio. il progetto di Gregorio Lamanna per la conservazione ed amministrazione dei boschi della Sila

This work aims to analyze the administrative system of the woodlands in the Kingdom of Naples, which began between the end of the eighteenth century and the early nineteenth century, by investigating the work by Gregorio Lamanna on the woods of the Kingdom. The study particularly focuses on Regia Sila woodland, which was an object of observations and territorial planning, especially after that Joseph Bonaparte before and after Joaquin Murat arrived in Naples. At this stage, Lamanna participed with a programmatic approach, preparing a draft law that was not really successful, but which proposed a territorial requalification of one of the most troubled provinces of the Kingdom: Calabria.
