The Chapter examines the results of the research. Starting from the concepts of citizenship and citizen well described by Marshall’s theory, this chapter outlines the ranking of Italian rainbow cities, providing a sociological explanation for the weaknesses of Italy as concerns rainbow policies and for the strength of Italian Lgbt organizations.
