This study is aimed at the development of an industrial biocatalyst based on immobilized SspCA. Kinetics and thermal stability of SspCA in alkaline buffers were investigated. The study was focused on the selection of immobilization procedure and the assessment of immobilized SspCA performances with respect to CO2 absorption.
