Over the last few years the electrical and electronic materials sector (EEE) has been contributory in increasing the amount of harmful substances utilised in their production. The problem of their proper disposal has therefore been raised at the level of the European commission. The authors of this work are aware of the difficulties which such measures involve both for the EEE producers as well as for those involved in waste disposal.

Abstract
