It has been recognized that our colleagues in some nations are more involved in international research and teaching collaborations than those in other nations such as the USA and Canada. Although there is increasing international diversity in such venues of academic Management as the Academy of Management, our colleagues in some nations are less represented in this than those in others. This session will be focused on discussing how this situation can be improved. Colleagues from underrepresented nations will take the lead in this forum.
