The article deals with the planning strategies carried out in the framework of the project activities. The paper works on the assumption that mixed use is a key strategy for developing a more balanced urban system. According to this, a deep description of the existing land use have done by means of defining key indicators for assessing thier specific worth. Further, a proposal for integrated land use has been done.
