This paper presents the outline of a research project based on the development of a robust collision detection strategy that is based on advanced data fusion and decision making approach. It will be used with any type of sensor, with different performance levels. This project is the framework for a PhD grant funded by EUROCONTROL in the mainframe of the activities of the WP-E of SESAR. In particular, it is related to the research network named HALA!

Abstract

This paper presents the outline of a research project based on the development of a robust collision detection strategy that is based on advanced data fusion and decision making approach. It will be used with any type of sensor, with different performance levels. This project is the framework for a PhD grant funded by EUROCONTROL in the mainframe of the activities of the WP-E of SESAR. In particular, it is related to the research network named HALA!
