The elements of solitary action

What is the status of Solitary Acion Within sociological Theory? Prof. Cohen argues, in its forthcoming book by Polity Press, on the Sociology of Solitary Acion, that classical and contemporary sociologists fail to consider solitary action as a kinf of social actiona and a proper object for sociological theory. His thesis is that solitary acion must be considers properly social and that its understanding is a foundational issue for any theory of social action.
