The knowledge system to draw up the Preliminary and the final Ptcp (Territorial Plan of Provincial Coordination) of the Province of Avellino has been established to cyclically implement the governing process of the provincial territory, which has been supported by a research staff of Di.Pi.S.T. (Department of Territorial Planning and Science) of the University of Naples “Federico II” since 2004. The SIT created for this purpose, whose first core called “Atlas of Municipalities” is online on the Province of Avellino website, for its configuration represents, other than a knowledge tool, a supporting tool for territorial policies, to better choose among different intervention alternatives and to distinguish eventual directions for the several territorial government levels. Moreover, SIT exceeds PTCP specific needs in drawing process, in order to become an independent tool, which can be constantly used and implemented at medium and long term by the different territorial administrative Agencies. A territory study, saw through a systemic approach, finds SITs the most suitable tool to represent not only physical parameters but also the relationships between physical and functional system.

Abstract
A territory study, saw through a systemic approach, finds SITs the most suitable tool to represent not only physical parameters but also the relationships between physical and functional system.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
