The speech deals with redevelopment of former and abandoned landfill. It illustrates the proposal of a model strategy that could drive public and private sectors toward a successful re-use that enhances environment and creates job opportunities for local communities. In the frame of Sufalnet objectives, model strategy has been identified as a logical approach to the complexity of redevelopment plan, a sort of common minimum denominator of the decision process that facilitates a better assessment of the re-use feasibility.
