One of the key-elements for high performance aircraft design is to design a high lift system within the given spatial constraints without having to increase the wing area to meet landing speed requirements and therefore to have a lower wing area, that imply less wing weight and less drag. This work address activities performed within the Clean-Aviation UP-Wing project to improve high lift aerodynamics of high aspect ratio wing.
