: Covering: up to the end of 2025The genus Lasiodiplodia belongs to the Botryosphaeriaceae family. Over the past few decades, it has proven to be a great source of interesting natural products, including depsidones, jasmonates, preussomerins, and β-resorcylic acid derivatives. This review provides an update on the secondary metabolites of 13 species of Lasiodiplodia and their bioactivities, covering the period up to the end of 2025. Further insights into their proposed biosynthetic pathways are discussed, and key examples of the synthetic pathways leading to their production are highlighted.
