The presentation deals with the use of the value of the dispute as a parameter for applying procedural proportionality, and aims to demonstrate how this cannot be taken to the extreme consequence of excluding the judicial enforceability of so-called NEV suits (i.e., disputes whose expected value is less than the costs necessary to conduct the proceedings). The investigation draws on concepts from law and economics and is carried out from a comparative perspective.

Abstract
The presentation deals with the use of the value of the dispute as a parameter for applying procedural proportionality, and aims to demonstrate how this cannot be taken to the extreme consequence of excluding the judicial enforceability of so-called NEV suits (i.e., disputes whose expected value is less than the costs necessary to conduct the proceedings). The investigation draws on concepts from law and economics and is carried out from a comparative perspective.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
