The role of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) in automating academic workflows, addressing ethical concerns, and promoting inclusivity is explored. The article concludes by advocating for equitable access to AI tools and data, aligning technology with the principles of cultural heritage preservation and knowledge democratization
