Throughout the history of philosophical and pedagogical thought, the close link between artistic activity and the development of communicative, cognitive and emotional skills, as well as the improvement of expressive abilities, logical mathematical and linguistic learning, and the strengthening of self-awareness in children/young people, including those with special needs, is well known. From this perspective, the STEAM methodology represents a new educational paradigm that, based on real and authentic applications, encourages students to gain a deeper understanding of the world around them, to think critically, to solve problems, to develop social skills, and to offer everyone the opportunity to learn in authentic and meaningful contexts.

Abstract
