The Belle II experiment operating at the SuperKEKB energyasymmetric e+e - collider has the capability to search for a large variety of dark sector particles with masses below 10 GeV/c2, being therefore complementary to LHC and direct-detection experiments. Here, we will review the state of the art of the Belle II experiment in the field of light dark matter searches, with a focus on the first results obtained and the discovery potential of the data collected so far.

Abstract
The Belle II experiment operating at the SuperKEKB energyasymmetric e+e - collider has the capability to search for a large variety of dark sector particles with masses below 10 GeV/c2, being therefore complementary to LHC and direct-detection experiments. Here, we will review the state of the art of the Belle II experiment in the field of light dark matter searches, with a focus on the first results obtained and the discovery potential of the data collected so far.File in questo prodotto:
