This paper presents the preliminary results of the analysis of the reconstruction process following the 2016 seismic sequence of Central Italy. The analysis refers to private buildings located in Umbria, one of the four Italian regions affected by the 2016 earthquakes. The data was obtained both from the web platform that manages the submission of grant applications and from two specifically created databases that collect more detailed information for a small number of cases. The construction characteristics of the building typologies and the seismic damage were evaluated both through the AeDES forms, used in the emergency phase to evaluate the usability and damage of the buildings, and through the most accurate observations carried out by the technicians in charge of the reconstruction projects. The analysis of data coming from 92 funding requests of severely damaged buildings allowed to evaluate the type of repair and strengthening interventions used in the reconstruction process and relevant costs.

Abstract
The analysis of data coming from 92 funding requests of severely damaged buildings allowed to evaluate the type of repair and strengthening interventions used in the reconstruction process and relevant costs.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
