Interaction between the clinical and engineering worlds is essential for the development of new medical technologies, as well as the maintenance of medical advancements. In this context, software applications represent the potent, user-friendly, and highly analytical bridge between the two disciplines. In this research, we have developed a distributed web application whose computational core consists of a compartimental model of cardiac troponin release following acute myocardial infarction. This system allows reconstruction of the cardiac troponin release curve in patients with ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction. The developed software represents an innovative platform geared toward personalized medicine, aming to simplify and expedite patient triage, as well as to support physicians during the diagnostic and prognostic phases. The application is also a valuable research tool since it enables for the structured and reliable collection and retrieval of clinical data to support further studies.
