In this work, some data from literature and herbaria are compared with the recent floristic data of Campania. Six entities resulted new for the region (Alchemilla colorata Buser, Kickxia spuria [L.] Dumort. subsp. integrifolia [Brot.] R. Fern., Lotus corniculatus L. subsp. alpinus [DC.] Rothm., Soldanella alpina L. subp. alpina, Torilis arvensis [Huds.] Link subsp. neglecta [Schult.] Thell., Torilis arvensis [Huds.] Link subsp. recta Jury); while other 18 ones are confirmed and one (Catananche lutea L.) is excluded. Besides, several entities, reported in the past but not recorded in the recent checklists, are pointed out and discussed.
