Sustainable entrepreneurship can be defined as an entrepreneurial action in which the production and exchange of goods and services represents an intermediate, or instrumental, goal in achievement different aims, both economic and non-economic. In sustainable entrepreneurship, the concept of “gain” disregards the “economic” vs. “non-eco- nomic” bipartition tradition, to assume an autonomous space in which the focus on non-economic aspects does not compromise the achievement of purely economic objectives. In this sense, the non-economic targets are not considered as simple complements to those of an economic nature: it does not postulate a two-dimensional geometric space to be filled through a variable combination of the two types of objectives previously mentioned, but, on the contrary, it theorizes a multifaceted and three-dimensional concept of entrepreneurial space, which is interactive and dynamic, and in which the two ideal elements of economic and non-economic purposes are not mutually exclusive but can be fed to each other, generating potential so-called win-win situations.

Abstract
Sustainable entrepreneurship can be defined as an entrepreneurial action in which the production and exchange of goods and services represents an intermediate, or instrumental, goal in achievement different aims, both economic and non-economic. In sustainable entrepreneurship, the concept of “gain” disregards the “economic” vs. “non-eco- nomic” bipartition tradition, to assume an autonomous space in which the focus on non-economic aspects does not compromise the achievement of purely economic objectives. In this sense, the non-economic targets are not considered as simple complements to those of an economic nature: it does not postulate a two-dimensional geometric space to be filled through a variable combination of the two types of objectives previously mentioned, but, on the contrary, it theorizes a multifaceted and three-dimensional concept of entrepreneurial space, which is interactive and dynamic, and in which the two ideal elements of economic and non-economic purposes are not mutually exclusive but can be fed to each other, generating potential so-called win-win situations.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
