Il conflitto ucraino e il diritto internazionale: prime osservazioni

The present work offers some preliminary remarks on the conflict currently taking place on Ukrainian territory and its impact on the liberal and pacifist values that the national and international legal orders aim at protecting with their normative frameworks. First, it discusses the qualification of Russia’s conduct as an act of aggression under international law; second, it focuses on the role international organizations as well as international courts and tribunals could play in solving the crisis; lastly, the work looks at how the Italian Constitution embeds such values into the domestic legal order and tries to protect them through Art. 11.
