Note in tema di apprendistato dopo le modifiche della riforma Fornero: quando le finalità occupazionali coinvolgono anche quelle formative

The article highlights the measures proposed on theme of the apprenticeship by Monti- Fornero reform, considering the objectives of protecting of workers and, in addition, underlining the measures more closely related to occupation of young workers.The author stresses, as the reforms of 2012, have not only thought make more favorable for employers the use of the apprenticeship, but have also introduced new protections for apprentices, in particular, for their training.The work is completed by the comment of provisions which confer more attention to formative characters of our agencies of recruitment. In fact, the problems manifested by employers, in the research and organization of a concrete training offer for their apprentices, could be resolved through the conferring to the agencies work the tasks of training.
