Abstract

The estimation of a dependency model for a group as a whole does not take into account possible heterogeneity, i.e., the presence of possible partitions characterised by different dependency structures. We propose a procedure that exploits the potential of segmentation trees to identify partitions in an initial set of data characterised by different linear regression patterns.
