The psichological Well Being is a concept that has been relate to terms as happiness, quality of life, mental health, and with different personal and con- textual variables. The aim of current work was to analyze and compare the levels of psychological well-being in mexican universitary students from “Uni- versidad Nacional Autonoma autonoma Mexico”, by campus, career and gender. 1 400 university students, from which 10 majors are offered in 5 cam- pus, participated in such work., whose ages are between 18 and 30 years old, with both sexes. Valid adaptation was applied to Mexican university students from the Ryff’s psychological well-being scale (1989a), which consists of 20 items (alfa = 0.89) (Osorio, Prado, in press). Students got high psychological well-being scores besides, statistically meaningful differences were found between campus, majors and genders. The importance of designing intervention programs is being discussed among the groups with high and low scores.
