Abstract

This program for M.A.P., Minor Archaeological Park of Calvi Risorta, are of major importance in the socio-economic framework of the reference area, especially in the less urbanized areas of southern Italy. In this case, in fact, the weak socio-economic, in some cases also institutional, structure could, without a prudent vision of planning and management, lead to negative results both in terms of protection and that of enhancement. This interdisciplinary objective is flanked by two specialized advances. It is planned to be able to patent a methodology, which allows to quickly identify complex signals of fundamental harmonics in the study of seismic noise, a critical factor for this approach (INGVAs part of the project, new tools will be added such as: scan-matching, surface creation, orthophotos, etc. to the Intelligent Cloud Viewer (ICV) software, implemented in house, dedicated to point clouds processing, (PoliBa). The approach to the protection and enhancement of archaeological cultural heritage identifies a field of investigation and intervention in which archaeology and architectural restoration are integrated, which in the interaction between conservation and protection activities and enhancement, always assumes more the characters of the more general architectural design as the territorial context becomes a significant element of the design process. Archaeological heritage acquires the characteristics of distinct elements of the settlement structure assuming the identity of parts of the town (Pompei) or of the monument (Arco di Traiano in Benevento). Unlike the minor archaeological finds and more those still hidden in the ground or under water, so widespread in Italy at the same time threatened by the fragile nature of the soils (seismicity-hydrogeological structure), in this phase of climate change more and more urged, and the increasingly rampant anthropization (land consumption, infrastructure, pollution), appear in conditions of greater vulnerability.
