La “questione adriatica”: una questione europea

Il saggio intende offrire un bilancio di taglio storiografico sulla cosiddetta questione adriatica, alla luce dei più recenti contributi interpretativi sulla problematica dei territori di frontiera dell'Europa centrale e orientale investiti dalla transizione del primo dopoguerra, tra il crollo degli imperi multinazionali e l'affermazione degli stati nazionali successori. The essay intends to offer a historiographical assessment of the so-called Adriatic question, in the light of the most recent interpretative contributions on the problem of the border territories of Central and Eastern Europe affected by the transition of the first post-war period, between the collapse of multinational empires and the affirmation of the successor nation-states.
