Minor centers constitute as a whole a structural network of artifacts and environment, which make the often-complex identity matrices of the different territories and forms of landscape, recognizable. In the Mediterranean Basin, the above-mentioned group consists of settlements located inland and along the coasts, in a specific and unrepeatable relationship between land and sea. Starting from these considerations, the contribution returns the possibility of interpreting the multi-scalar and trans-scalar relationships of the internal areas small settlements, assuming a network project as a possible operating model that makes use of actions (theoretical positions) and practices (applied research).

Abstract
Minor centers constitute as a whole a structural network of artifacts and environment, which make the often-complex identity matrices of the different territories and forms of landscape, recognizable. In the Mediterranean Basin, the above-mentioned group consists of settlements located inland and along the coasts, in a specific and unrepeatable relationship between land and sea. Starting from these considerations, the contribution returns the possibility of interpreting the multi-scalar and trans-scalar relationships of the internal areas small settlements, assuming a network project as a possible operating model that makes use of actions (theoretical positions) and practices (applied research).I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
