Il diritto internazionale ai tempi del (nuovo) Coronavirus: prime considerazioni sulla recente epidemia di 'COVID-19'

This paper is aimed at framing some first considerations (as such, necessarily preliminary and very introductory) on the international law issues that emerges from the analysis of the early reactions by States and international bodies to the ongoing COVID-19 epidemic. More specifically, it is intended to briefly reconstruct and discuss the response provided for by the States first involved in the contagion – as well as by the international bodies responsible for its management, in the light of i) the rules of the international regime on health emergencies governance and ii) those on human rights which indirectly get relevance in the management of the epidemic phenomenon in progress.
