Abstract

This paper aims to highlight the existing analogy between physical phenomena (regulated by Newton's laws) and economic phenomena of real estate sector (quickness of reduction of real estate values due to trade barriers in real estate market). An empirical algorithm, based on actual data, is also suggested for the assessment of office towers that, usually, for their characteristics and consistencies, are often connoted by market conditions typical of bilateral monopoly.
