Relazione "How to regulate the Internet? The lesson of the Italian Boldrini Commission" al Convegno "The Munich Conference Series on Ethics in Innovation", 26-27 giugno 2017, Deutsches Patent- und Markenamt, Munich.

The relation focuses on the processes of Internet regulation, and particularly on the Internet Constitutionalism. Especially, it analyses the genesis, the contents, the juridical value and the effects of the Italian Declaration of Internet rights (Dichiarazione dei diritti di Internet), crafted by the Internet rights and duties committee (Commissione per i diritti e i doveri relativi ad Internet, cd. 'Commissione Boldrini') and approved as a motion (mozione) by the Italian Camera dei Deputati.
