Androgen and estradiol titres were obtained from studies on the plasma, testis and epididymis of Bubalus buffalus, using a RIA method. Animals were sacrificed in late summer or autumn. In plasma the androgen titres increased in the November specimens and estradiol was demonstrable only then. Androgens in epididymis were detected at a higher concentration in all zones in the autumn. Estradiol in September speciment was present only in the caput and cauda, while in November it was found in all zones.
