The aim of this study was to compare the effects of calcipotriol and lactic acid creams in the treatment of lamellar and X-linked ichthyoses. A group of 20 patients with lamellar and X-linked ichthyoses were treated for 2 months. A major improvement was noted with both therapies in both conditions.
