Three cases of mixed IgM-IgG cryoglobulinaemia purpura are described. One was associated with nephritis and one with active chronic hepatitis. The third was idiopathic. A brief classification of hyperimmunoglobulinaemia and cryoglobulinaemia is followed by a description of the symptoms most commonly noted in the latter. Various criteria relating to treatment are summarised.
