Drive assistant systems provide an alarm signal to the driver when a danger condition occurs; in some cars, the alarm signal is constituted by a mechanical vibration of the steering wheel or seat. In this paper, the results of an experimental tests direct investigate about the use of vibrating alert systems also for motorcycles is considered; motorcycles have several sources of vibrations that could make the warning signal not well perceivable and so not effective.
