Lactodynamometric parameters of buffalo milk were estimated. Bulk milk samples were collected monthly from farm refrigerant after whole milking. Milk of "fresh" buffalo were collected twice a day. Clotting time, rate of firming of clots, firmness of clots at 30', were determined by Formagraph. Fat and protein contents were determined by Milko-scann 104, the somatic cell countents with cell counter (Foss-o-matic) and total mesophilic flora by diluitions method. Acidity by Soxhelet method. The coagulation properties of bufffalo milk showed statistical differences among the different groups.
